Producer Solutions, a branded product line by High Concrete Accessories, were engineered to eliminate the need for make-shift embedments cobbled together from cardboard, wood, Styrofoam or other scrap materials. These plastic embedment products are non-corrosive and non-reactive and are intended to save precast concrete producers time and money.
The Producer Solutions line of products have been available since 1992, with our first full year of sales in 1993.
We currently have U.S. patents for three of our products: the double tee stem blockout, the spandrel to column connector sleeve and cap, and the grouted connection tube. We also have Canadian patents pending for those products.
The majority of our customers are precast concrete producers, however we do have a number of general construction firms who use the grouted connection sleeves for foundation connections. Our customers are located all over the continental US and Canada. Last year, over 320,000 units of Producer Solutions products were used in construction projects.
