Our support/updates
plan is optional and includes the following:
All product enhancements. This DOES NOT
INCLUDE UPGRADES to another product such as
Takeoff Live Extended
(coming late 2007).
Priority phone support
response. We return calls promptly!
Priority
email support
response. Approximately 2 hour response.
Live chat support using Google
Talk when we are online.
Other benefits as they are developed,
such
as access to user
forums.
For the
remainder
of 2007,
the charge for this service is $40 for all seats.
The price for
2008 will be $120 for the first seat and $50 per seat thereafter.
You must buy support/updates for all seats
owned.
